We are based out of Washington, DC and also service Virginia and Maryland. We travel to other states as well. * Mileage/ travel fees may apply.
In order to secure your date, a 50% deposit and signed contract will be required at the time of booking. The final payment will be due no later than 48 hours prior to the event. Payment is due in full for all events scheduled within 7 days of the event date. We accept all major credit/debit cards.
We understand that life happens. Cancelation requests submitted 180 days or more before your event are entitled to a 100% refund. Cancelation requests submitted 90-179 days or more before your event are entitled to a 50% refund; and cancelation requests submitted 61-89 days or more before your event are entitled to a 25% refund. Deposits will not be refunded for events that are canceled with 60 day or less notice.
We arrive up to one hour before your event to set up and to ensure everything runs as planned. Idle time fees may apply if an earlier setup time is requested.
Yes, but under a few conditions. We require clear skies (no rain in the forecast during your event), a level ground, and the temperatures must not exceed 85 degrees or be below 45 degrees.

Yes. We are fully insured and can provide a COI upon request. COI requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event.
A camera spins around guests using the booth to capture a 360-degree video. Software is used to incorporate special effects such as slow-motion into the videos. Once done, guests visit the sharing station where they can instantly view the finished video and receive it.

Our standard features include unlimited video sessions, on-site sharing, online gallery access, background video music (royalty/copyright free), and onsite attendant(s).

Copyrighted songs can only be used if you have a license for use and pay royalties. We are only able to provide royalty and copyright free music.
We can create a custom video overlay for your videos. We can also add a short post-roll video to play right after the 360 video; these videos are perfect for branding. We are also able to add special animation effects to the 360 video. We also offer custom backdrop options.
